Why can't I charge both laptops at the same time? - Charges the first laptop connected to the PC 2 up to 100W, the second laptop connected to PC 1 would need to plug in its own adapter, then connects the power cable to the docking station (PD input port) to be able to charge up to 65 watts.

No video came out after I connected to the video output. Why? - Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptops supporting DisplayPort Alt Mode.

There is only one video coming out after I connected two monitors. Why? - The bandwidth limit of the graphic card would cause this problem. You need to adjust the resolution to release the bandwidth to be able to have two video outputs. Please refer to the instruction video on the product page, or check the user manual.
