What you should know

In order to output video to an external display, a USB 3.1 or more advanced cable that can carry video signal or a Thunderbolt 3 cable must be used. This product has an HDMI MALE connector and a USB-C FEMALE port. A charging cable must be used to power up this converter. The HDMI-end of this adapter should always be inserted into the HDMI port of devices that support video OUTPUT. NO USB-C hub, USB-C docking station, or USB-C drive should be hooked up to the USB-C end of this product. Does not work when paired with a USB hub, USB drives, or docking stations. Signal transmission is UNIDIRECTIONAL. (Notice: Audio signal cannot be output when paired with NReal devices.)
